1. Acceptance
By using the site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Services and LogDoc Accounting are governed by their own contracts.
2. Content and AI X-ray
Content is informational. The AI X-ray produces estimates from your inputs; it is not an offer or a promise of results.
3. Prices and exchange rates
Prices are starting points. USD and EUR prices are converted from BRL and may vary. The signed proposal prevails.
4. LogDoc Accounting
A tool available in Brazil that calculates indicators and shows the source of each number. It does not replace an accountant, audit, ERP or bookkeeping.
5. Intellectual property
Brand, logos, text and code belong to LogDoc. Quote the Lab with source and link.
6. Governing law
Brazilian law, courts of [city/state], without prejudice to consumer rights in your country.
